Nancy Ancrum and Robbie Bell love to dine in convivial company, but also are eager to see what generates that fabulous meal -- the chefs, their heritage, cultural influences, techniques and ingredients. And they love to share their discoveries with fellow foodies.
Nancy has combined her love of food and cultural with her journalism background. She writes the biweekly column, The Cultural Kitchen, for The Miami Herald, where she also is a member of the editorial board. She is a member of Slow Food and the American Institute of Wine and Food. Her philosophy? The more we know about the foods we eat, the more we know about ourselves and each other. And though she is passionate about flavors from around the world, she'd walk to the ends of the earth for a bowl of good macaroni and cheese.
Robbie Bell is the founder of Ladies Who Lunch for No Reason at All and Robbie Bell, Inc. An inveterate gourmand she has traveled far and wide to taste what the world has to offer.
