Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only (all 50 states). We can't ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses at this time.
Shipping cost
Free tracked shipping on every order — no minimum.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing: orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery: most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays. Delivery estimates aren't guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak seasons.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Multiple items
Our products ship from different fulfillment partners, so an order with several items may arrive in separate packages on different days. You'll receive tracking for each one.
Lost or late packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of ordering, or tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, contact us at support@curateddining.com and we'll reship or refund in full.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer, but contact us right away and we'll do our best to help.
