These terms govern your use of the CuratedDining online store (the "Store") and any purchase you make from it. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is unavailable, a pricing or listing error occurred, or we suspect fraud.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.
3. Products
We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but colors and details may vary slightly. Use kitchen tools as directed and follow any care and safety instructions included with them.
4. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
5. Intellectual property
Content on the Store (text, images, logos, design) belongs to CuratedDining or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Store, including attempting to interfere with its operation, using it for fraud, or scraping it without permission.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Store and products are provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your state of residence.
